M&E Project Engineer / Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Plan & supervise M&E works on site. For example:
- Liaise and conduct meetings with subcontractors, site supervisors, and foremen on all M&E works
- Plan installations and test operations
- Arrange work for inspection with RTO
Coordinate and provide advice on various building services
Prepare & coordinate shopdrawing, method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress
Attend site and office meetings on a daily and /or weekly basis
To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Possess a recognize Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
Must possess BCSS certificate or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E works
Good knowledge in the technical aspect of installation for M&E / Civil works
Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
Possessing NBQ in Supervision & Coordination of M&E works will be an added advantage
