Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Support Contracts Manager to prepare tender documents, plan costs
and advise project team on contractual matter, including bills of
quantities with the clients and consultants
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors for tender stage, and undertake process to sub-out jobs to subcontractors after PO is obtained
- Do document and drawing submissions for projects
- Take off quantities
- Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants & sub-contractors and support project management team
- Project budgeting and costing reports
Requirements:
- Possess a Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Candidate must have the ability to prepare BQs independently
- Knowledge in plumbing and sanitary works would be an added advantage
- Familiar with construction regulations and requirements in Singapore
- Experience in M&E projects will be an added advantage
- Possess positive work attitude to ensure quality service and timely delivery to clients
