Quantity Surveyor
(BE Civil only )
salary 2000+ based on experience
working 5.5 days per week
sunday and public holiday off
Responsibilities:
Support Contracts Manager to prepare tender documents, plan costs and advise project team on contractual matter, including bills of quantities with the clients and consultants
Obtain quotes from subcontractors for tender stage, and undertake process to sub-out jobs to subcontractors after PO is obtained
Do document and drawing submissions for projects
Take off quantities
Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
Liaise with main contractors, consultants & sub-contractors and support project management team
Project budgeting and costing reports
Requirements:
Possess a Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Familiar with construction regulations and requirements in Singapore
Possess positive work attitude to ensure quality service and timely delivery to clients.
